Belgian Golden Strong Ale
Bottle conditioned for 6 weeks, Strong Man is effervescent and dry, with a dense, pillowy head. Saaz hops pair perfectly with the spicy, floral Achouffe yeast, while a flourish of Huell Melon hops provide a bright, fruity finish. Wafts of Bartlett pear, overripe banana and melon give way to undercurrents of tarragon and fresh cut hay.

Fertility Dance started life as a traditional Saison and was then re-fermented with a mixed Brett B culture.
After conditioning for six months, we racked the beer over 400lbs of tart Montmorency cherries, where it aged for
an additional three months. The resulting beer is
crimson in color, lightly sour, bone dry, and crisp.
Cherry is dominant up front, with subtler whiffs of toasted almonds and barnyard funk rounding out the finish.

Blended Farmhouse Ale
Pony Boy started life as a grisette before being blended with a small proportion of biere de miel. We then refermented this farmhouse ale with Brett Bruxellensis and let it condition for an additional 12 months. The resulting beer is bone-dry, spritzy, and light in body, with waves of sweaty horse blanket and barnyard funk dominating up front. Notes of vanilla custard, spice, and subtle, fruity esters round out the finish.

We double mashed Night Train for maximum body and
a velvety mouthfeel. After six weeks of tank time,
we conditioned this one on Ecuadorian cocoa nibs
and Tahitian vanilla beans.
This one pours a viscous jet black, with waves of mocha, chocolate liqueur and black cherry being balanced
by gentle roast and espresso notes.
