VIVA LA PILS 4.6% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint Alsatian Style Pilsner
Viva la Pils is an exploration of oft underappreciated, underutilized French brewing ingredients. Brewed with a grist comprised of 100% French heirloom malts, which provide notes of sweet bread, breakfast cereal and wildflower honey. Strisselspalt hops, from Alsace, offer a delicate bouquet of fresh-cut grass, sencha and stone fruit.
STACHE STRONG 6.5% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint DDH India Pale Ale
Stache Strong is a delicious NEIPA we brewed in support of brain cancer research. We hopped this one with Citra, Simcoe and Columbus. Super juicy, tropical and pungent. When someone asks for a "hazy", this is what they have in mind. Please promote this one hard!
RESIST REDUX 7.8% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint DDH Double India Pale Ale
It's time to stand firm, be heard and resist! Brewed with English malts and hopped judiciously with Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo, Centennial and CTZ hops. Redux is brimming with notes of guava and overripe pineapple, with sappy, resinous pine in the finish. Redux is surprisingly crushable for a double and offers a brief reprieve from reality, which frankly, we think is needed right now.
RABBIT ISLAND 5.5% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint New Zealand Style Pilsner
A traditional pilsner with a modern twist! A trio of tropical, but delicate New Zealand hops (Motueka, Wai-iti, and Pacifica) provide aromas of bright key lime, fresh-cut grass, and hints of spice. Balance is provided by the soft, bready malt backdrop and crisp, refreshing finish.
STAND WITH UKRAINE 5.5% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint Hoppy Wheat Beer
For this brew, we elected to brew a hoppy wheat beer—wheat being a principal export of Ukraine (so much so that the Yellow in the flag represents wheat!). The result is an immensely crushable and crisp quaffer, bursting with notes of zesty citrus, pineapple chunks and hints of orange pekoe.
TO THE NINES 8.3% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint DDH Double India Pale
Brewed with a grist of 50% Oats and loaded with HBC-586 and Citra hops every step of the way! We then added a charge of Simcoe Cryo hops right before packaging for extra pop. Brimming with notes of overripe mango, guava, pineapple and balanced by a verdant finish.
YES MAN 4.6% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint Unfiltered German Lager
Like the zwickelbier of tradition, ours is unfiltered, with a slight haze, and pale gold in color. Our use of pilsner malt and a touch Vienna provides a crisp and crackery, malt-forward lager. Small additions of Hallertau Mittelfruh offer just enough bitterness and a whiff of noble spice character.
POCKET PILS 4.0% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint Czech Style Pilsner
Pocket Pils was lagered for 6 weeks and brewed with floor-malted Moravian malts and NYS grown Saaz from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery. Fresh cut grass and baled hay dominate the nose, with softer notes of honey, sweet bread and floral spice following suit. Crisp and crushable.
MILK & HONEY 4.9% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint American Blonde Ale The Greenpoint classic is back! An all new recipe for 2022, this iteration of Milk & Honey was brewed with NYS honey, chamomile flowers and a charge of Lorien hops from our friends at Indie Hop Farms. Aromas of wildflower honey, chamomile tea, honeysuckle and citrus abound!
Our first ever Vienna lager in cans! We brewed this one with a mix of Vienna, Munich, Pilsner malts and a dash of corn and then lagered it for 6 weeks. The resulting lager is complex but sessionable and immensely satisfying. Notes of sweet bread and biscuits dominate the nose, with hints of noble hop grassiness in the background.
YEAR ROUND CANS

GREENPOINT IPA 6.7% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint DDH India Pale Ale
A New England IPA brewed with oats and wheat and loads of El Dorado, Simcoe, Amarillo and Columbus hops. Bursting with notes of mango, pineapple and candied orange, with a slightly dank, resinous finish.
GREENPOINT WITTE 4.6% Alc./Vol. 1 Pint Belgian Witbier
Our Belgian Witbier stays true to tradition with a grist consisting of old world malts, raw wheat and oats. Notes of lemon peel and cracked pepper are balanced by bright orange zest and a slight lactic tartness.
